Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing or using The Mane Academy LLC (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of all changes.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, up-to-date account information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Sharing your account or allowing others to access the Platform through your credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account.

2. Membership Access & Payment

• The Mane Academy offers a one-time payment membership of $1,000 for 12 months (365 days) of full access.

• Your membership begins on the date of purchase and ends exactly 12 months later. Access will automatically expire unless you choose to re-enroll.

• Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment. We do not offer payment plans or split payments.

• Pricing is subject to change for future memberships but will not affect your current term once paid.

3. Refunds & Final Sale Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for any reason.

• This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Disliking or not using the content

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Lack of results or perceived value

  • Failure to access materials before membership expiration

• By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to digital education—not a guaranteed outcome.

4. Expiration & Renewal

• Your membership does not auto-renew. You will receive a reminder before the end of your 12-month term.

• If you wish to continue beyond your membership period, you must manually re-purchase access for another year.

5. User Conduct & Restrictions

• Members must engage respectfully and professionally within any Platform communities or interactions.

• The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or unprofessional conduct

  • Copying, screen-recording, saving, distributing, or teaching any part of the content elsewhere

  • Sharing proprietary knowledge or methods on social media or with third parties

  • Using the Platform for competitive research or unauthorized commercial use

• Violations will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal consequences.

6. Right to Remove Access

The Mane Academy LLC reserves the right to revoke membership at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms

• Abusive or dishonest behavior

• Infringement on intellectual property

• Any form of account misuse

No refunds will be provided if access is revoked due to violation of our Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

• All Platform content—including but not limited to videos, audio, worksheets, techniques, methods, copywriting, and branding—is the exclusive intellectual property of The Mane Academy LLC and Melissa Holinsworth.

• You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or share content in any form without express written permission.

• We actively monitor and pursue violations of our intellectual property rights, including legal enforcement when necessary.

8. No Guarantee of Results

• While The Mane Academy provides advanced education and professional techniques, your personal results depend on your own effort, application, and experience.

• We make no promises of financial gain, increased clientele, or specific business outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

• You agree to use the Platform at your own risk.

• The Mane Academy LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of—or inability to use—our Platform or content.

10. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

• Any material changes will be communicated through the website or email. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of California.

12. Privacy & Data Collection

• We collect user data for account access, site functionality, and communication. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

• We do not sell or share personal data with third-party advertisers.
